just wondering how do i put an image next to my name above ^^??

Its called an Avatar, go to Control panel and edit avatar... either upload or link.
They have to be smaller then 100 X 100 or a certain size.

top left screen you will see "Click here to edit profile" on the left hand side you will stuff about "Avatar"...thats what that picture is called. Follow the prompts.
