Most of those names are Vietnamese, not Thai.

I <3 Thai food. I usually get pad thai coz i like noodles coz usually i eat rice. But i've had choochee salmon i think its called. It was really nice. I've also had this dish that was squid stuffed with pork mince. Sounds weird but it was delicious. But my fave asian food is Korean. I like chilli lol. But Thai is pretty good, always nice and fresh tasting. Not greasy like chinese.
