Wondering where i would get a professional cut and polish, how much it would cost and would it make stone chips look any 'better'. I read on this site that it rounds the edges of the chips and blends them in a little bit better. I thought of going and getting a buffer for myself and having a go but i have no experience and have been woarned that i could do more harm than good.
any advice or thoughts would be great, thanks
If you want a professional, properly done job then I wouldn't tackle it yourself. You can do more damage than good if you don't know what you're doing with a buffer.
You can use these guys as a rough price guide, they are bloody good.

If you're in the SE Suburbs of Melb I have a mate who has his own home business and his prices are pretty good.
No worries, when you're in melb, PM me and I will forward you his contact details, etc.
He is oversea's at the moment but should be back in a month I think.
Cheers
How far out SE are you talking Jesterarts? If it is, say West of Dandenong I would be keen to have a chat with him as well when he gets back
