Just saw a guy trying to drift crash
anyone else see it? it was at frankston near supercheap auto. this guy was turning right into the road that goes between supercheap and bunnings, tried to drift, lost it, overcorrected, and it looked like he jumped over the gutter and smashed into a car in the supercheap carpark. car looked like a writeoff. i think the guy was ok, saw him and his girlfriend get out. i didn't stop becuase i was on my way to work and there were plenty of people around to help.
i wonder if he was a member here, white VU/VY ute... another case of 'oil' on the road...

I remember one time a P plater Ricer in a 300zx (Greddy stickers and all) was waiting to turn right into a "T" intersection that I was coming out of, he looked at me right in the eyes (and for unknown reasons, probably just because I was driving a commodore) tried to drift it around the corner but used wayyyy too much throttle, oversteered and smashed into the island right next to me, because he had it dumped so low, it stuffed the body up pretty badly.
I lost it laughing and drove off as he tried to reverse off being on top of a very bent keep left sign.

i seen a prang the other day when i was parked out side supercheap old mate just came out of supercheap and went 2 smash it out of the parking spot and hit the side of a truck i was killing my self laughting 4 the rest of the day lol must of thought he was at bathurst lol

I was entering a slipway entrance to caldar freeway once and this guy in an vx ss trying to be a smart ass, went right next to me, giving me the finger and everything, reving the shit out of his engine, then when the lane was forming into one, he hammered it and there actually was oil on the road, he spun out and the front of his car went straight into a tree, i just sat back and laughed my ass off, he got straight out the car so didn't bother pulling over to help. ********.

when i was out cruising one night i stopped at a spot in an industrial area where sometimes (not often at all) you see people trying to drift and a lancer came around the corner really fast hand braking it and went around the block a few times and then hit the gutter with his front wheel and buggered the suspension up and couldnt drive away i went over to ask if he was fine drove of and started laughing so much

One wet night sitting at an intersection, a tool with his mate in the passenger seat driving a skyline, gave it too much throttle doing a right hand turn in front of me. He spun twice as he went into the corner then the back end of the car mounted the island in the centre of the road.
I just sat there and openly laughed and laughed and laughed at him. He looked so embarrassed. He did some damage to the skirts as he hit the island.

My mate saw a skyline a few days ago do a similar thing, lost it, over corrected, then over corrected again and went up onto the median strip. And only the other day, a car around the corner of me was sitting up on the curb at 90 degrees to the road with its wheel busted off and smashed in the side... looks like someone smashed into it while it was parked and pushed it up on the gutter... idiots.

I have a mate who used to go around thinking he was so high and mighty because he never did anything wrong - he always laughed at people who crashed doing silly things.
One time he crashed and suddenly he realised he wasn't such a big hero afterall.
I think a few people on here need to be like my friend.
The number of people driving like tools in that little stretch of road from the highway to the Bunnings entrance is ridiculous. People will try to break the speed record in what, 50m stretch of road.

I'll join the bandwagon with the stories.. Was at a large-ish cruise with a mate of mine, about to exit the carpark and a white VN-VS commodore wagon cut my mate off.. Mate wasn't stoo happy with it - started cursing and shit like that, guy exited the carpark sideways, got a bit cocky for his own good, ended up and over the medium strip and almost rolled.. was hilarious seeing the guys head bouncing around like a damn crash test dummy in the cabin.. few tires were flat, from possibly rolling off the rim, and the guy couldn't get the car going again..

yeh a mate of mine saw me one night when i was out walking my dog. he was in a manual 07 2 door hilux ute with the tray back (light as hell) he dropped the clutch did a 180 fishtaled up the hill, got to the top, kept fish taling lost it and smashed into 2 trees, one of which went through into the middle of the tray.
car was a complete write off.
he was fine, he got a new one under insurance and he still drives like a knob - F^&kin D^&k Head.

Just saw another crash this morning coming to work.
An xr6 turbo attempted to go sideways when turning at a round about, back end kicked out and he took out two poles, i pulled over cause it was early in the morning to see if he was alright, he was fine, i said wtf were you thinking? His words were all blurred i couldn't make sense of it, he was either stoned off his face or pinging. So i called 000, told the police what i witness and they thanked me and made sure i was ok and i went off to work again.

yea i called the police because i don't really want someone whos on drugs or stonned to be driving around freely on the roads, there was also a big mess on the road, glass, signs, debre etc

hmm i may aswell add something here..i was driving down a main road about two weeks ago just minding my business..Suddenly a white VU ute pulls out infront of me and trys to be a smart ass and want to race..i took no notice of him as i have 1 point left..about 10 seconds later he trys to over take the car infront but in the other lane a bus was trying to pull out of some car park so he swirved and must of pulled the handbreak up and literally by the end of it he was facing me JUST missing the bus..close call...fkn moron!
