Heard the latest crapation that ruddy and rann have come up with, to bog down traffic with 25km/h road work zones AdelaideNow... South Road Superway to connect Regency Rd, Port River Expressway . It does look good though, just going to take ages to build

LOL, another dumb idea, south road is fine from regency rd to the express way, its south of regency which is the bad part.

Just like this tram extension they are doin down port road, waste of time and money imo

Is that what that is in front of coke/down to channel 7. I thought it was turning lanes for the parklands haha. Since i dont watch fta tv i never know whats going on

All i can see it doing is shifting the congestion from one point to another. And in the 4 or so years its going to take to build, cause major congestion. awesome. i drive through there every day.

what a pointless waste of money, just like the port road waste of money which i also travel past every day. its going to take me 2 days to get to work and back for 10 hours. might have to invest in a caravan.....

Is that hard to understand what cruise sections are about? I mean really, they are called CRUISE sections for a reason.

The optimist in me tells me this is the beginning of double-stacking South road in its' entirety from the Port Expressway all the way to Aliffes Rd. But that might take a while.... I probably won't live to see it.

I put it in the General SA Section, because its a south Australian topic. So I posted it there so sa people can have a chat.

maybe it was a heads up about the roadworks for anyone trying to organize a cruise in SA.

i fail to see what the big deal is.
to me it is better placed in the SA section than in the pub where it is probably of no interest to anyone outside of SA anyway.
