How do I out cop a cop?

I want to be better then a certain member, instead of the cop fineing me for impersonating an officer, i want the cop questioning himself if he is a real cop
Anyone got any ideas?

i got it get some fully sick cop stripes for the side of the ute and paint black letters and or numbers on the bonnet and roof
