Default getting a new mobile phone

    gday guys

im looking at buying a new mobile phone(my last one went for a swim in a beer) and im looking to get some advice/feedback on some of the phones around currently.

im currently considering a nokia N85, my reasons for this are that ive had alot of nokia phones and they seem to be pretty well made and fairly sturdy. also i like the fact it has a fairly decent camera(5 megapixel) and it had buttons(not touch screen). i also like the fact i can use inernet on it via wifi, and they seem to have decent mp3 capabilities(to save carrying two devices).

so does anyone own an N85 currently? and what are your thoughts on it?

can anyone reccomend a different phone that is better? considering what i said above?

    cheers
    michael

I had a N85 8gb phone and it was ok. But i found it too big to carry round in ya pocket was also a bit slow when using it as in it would have to play catch up as i was too fast for it if that makes sense.. I know that phones these days are like mini computer with all the stuff thats crammed into them...

It ended up going back nokia to be fixed 2 times as it kept turning off during a phone call and kept freezing up.. Then just after i got it back the 2nd time it wasnt fixed properly and by pure accident it went through the washing machine.

So i ended up getting a nokia 6700 classic great phone nearly all the same features as the N85 but a lot smaller and easier to use i find anyway.

having previously owned a hiptop, im a bit turned off qwerty keyboards, you need to hands to use them(cant hold a beer and use phone). so at the moment im looking for a phone with a number pad.

    Nokia 6700 Classic

    http://img.gsmarena.com/vv/pics/noki...classic-04.jpg

I also had a Nokia 6120 then a 6121 Classic both where really good phones did all i needed with them until they got destroyed (pub crawls are not a good idea )

I have had the 6700 for about a month and cannot fault it so far its quick and nice screen takes good pictures when needed. connects to my Parrot car kit via bluetooth and you can get a actual slide in cradle for them with car charging ability..
