this is apparently a true story, and good god i hope so.

a guy, who was nervous about his first bank robbery, planned to say the line
"up with your f**king hands, this is a stick up!" upon entering the bank.

he jumped into the bank, balaclava on, gun swinging around, and yelled

"UP WITH YOUR STICKY HANDS, THIS IS A F**K UP!"

the hostages lauged at him till he left.....

there was another stupid robbery/burglary the other day, where the people broke into the shop to steal a plasma tv.. they broke in, and it was cardboard cutout.

I heard a story a few years back where a bunch of teenagers were pissed off because they went to see the movie Sense and Sensibility - they thought it was a follow up to Dumb and Dumber.

There is another story about a guy in USA, held up a bank with his mate. While his mate was unloading the till, he lifted his mask and waved at one of the tellers as he knew her.

Today in SA, a guy who painted his face like Joker in Batman attempted to hold up a deli with a letter opener. Staff refused to hand over the cash so he fled.

A final story, a married couple have just been arrested for holding up a local chemist. Staff recognised the pair as they are regulars.

This is a local Bunbury one not so long back, Two blokes broke in to the local Blockbuster by smashing through the window/wall thing beside the door, one fell off the bench as they jumped it, they spent about 30 seconds emptying the till and about two minutes trying to open and break through the door to get back out.. The owner of the video shop said watching the CCTV footage was like watching an episode of dumb and dumber.

that rreminds me of the scene in Snatch where they are at the bookies, and they cant get out, turns out they were pushing a pull door, LMAO

when my cousin was working in myer these guys walked in and started carrying a fridge out of the store so her manager offered them a hand.. they played along the manager went and got a trolley for them and loaded up their car
