ok, i came to school this morning, and there was this guy there that was bragging because he got arrested for this, i mean really, "im so hard, i got arrested"
he came to school about a week ago trying to sell off the about 850 cans of spray paint (they had 756 in their possession at the time of the raid) for $8 each, which they said they got off ebay. they know i like cars so they tried to sell me 3 CB radios and 3 fire extinguishers that i was told that his dad is into 4WD's and was stripping a couple of his as he has another child on the way and needed money, luckly i didn't buy anything because i like to know what im buying.
one guy in my computing class bought a can of paint off him for $5 and got a caution, he's lucky he didn't get charged as being an accessory to the crime.
the only reason they got caught is because they were stupid enough to brag about it to the wrong person who tipped off the cops..
the guy that goes to my school was the 15yo kid.
what kind of punishment do you think they should get..

Theres no way the guy in your class would be charged as an accessory. It would just be a charge of receiving stolen goods.

Sorry for going off topic, seen this in the paper this morning, he didn't show first time due a 'misunderstanding', so the police arrested him and had him in a holding cell for a few hours. A 12 year old kid...over a freddo frog...either them coppers have absolutely nothing to do, or there is something we aren't being told in the story...

I read that it wasn't this kid's first brush with the law and he had had numerous warnings over other offenxces so they were forced to act this timegood on them I say

Is it just me or are criminals becoming dumber and dumber? Especially school aged kids who commit crimes. They can't help but brag about such things and openly drop names. Everyone wants their 15 seconds of fame nowadays whatever the cost.
Car theives should be treated just like horse theives and cattle rustlers in the days of the wild west... Hang them!
