Statesman the noun, as in car name is Statesman's for a plural.
Statesman the adjective as in a politician has satesmen for a plural.

Lexus is only a noun so it can only have Lexus's.

Oh man... NEVER put an apostrophe in a plural. An apostrophe denotes ownership, or an abreviation of "____ is". You only use an apostrophe to denote plural when referring to acronyms and abbreviations: i.e. "those S.O.B.'s" or "mind your p's and q's".

Toyota's = Toyota is; or belonging to the Toyota.
eg: "the Toyota's colour" or "the Toyota's on fire"

Either way, you can generally treat plurals of proper nouns as exceptions:

one Statesman, two Statesmans (as opposed to Statesmen)
one Lexus, two Lexuses. (much like census and censuses)
one Focus, two Focuses (as opposed to Foci)
one Camry, two Camrys (as opposed to Camries)
