Greg Bird Glassing (White Ribbon Day)
Hi All,
Just thought I would put this topic out there to see people's thoughts. Greg Bird has just had all his charges of glassing against his so called girl friend Katie Milligan squashed by the District Court after an appeal of his earlier conviction of 8 months gaol.
I find it a bit ironic that this has occurred on white ribbon day, the day to stop violence aganist women (domestic violence). I have some questions though, why did it take Katie so long to tell the story of what she believed happened (an accidental glassing). Also i find it strange that the marks on her face are consistant with a glass hitting her face rather then her falling on the ground and her head hitting glass on the carpet.
Anyway whats your opinion on the whole matter?

Any form of verbal/phisical abuse towards women is wrong, coward much?
