ok, i thought id start this so we can be alerted what cars in your area have been stripped so you dont wither get your car stolen or buy hot parts.

today in the leura NSW Blue Mountains area i saw what appeared to be a red VT or around that stripped, no boot, no doors, still did have the bonnet though, no anything (apart from bonnet), actually, i think i might call the cops about it because that never came across my mind at the time, so back to the thread, if you see a stripped car then report it on here so you or someone else spends cash on hot parts.

You should see how many cars are behind my place out the salt flats.....it's like a graveyard of stolen cars, all the little c**ts leave the cars out there coz the cops can't get out there. About 6 months ago when a lady went missing and presumably went for a walk out the salt flats, the cops had to call a chopper in coz they couldn't (or wouldn't) go out there.

They are usually having a piss and moan at pointless shit such as improper sentence structure, threads in the wrong areas and new users not ' getting it right the first time'. And that's the ones you can see.. there's quite a few doozies that have been deleted.

A friendly piece of advice, and I mean this in the nicest possible way.. maybe it's time to drop the whole 'resident bitch' persona. It's getting rather old and tiring and makes you look no better than the people you are trying to insult.

Isnt the whole idea of 'experience' meant to be to share it? Thats doesn't just mean knowledge of commodores, a simple 'this post should have been put here' goes a long way, as opposed to a thread just disappearing.

Before it gets locked, I'll add my experience with stolen cars into the mix.

I used to llive on Sydney's Norfthern Beaches, and near my home was a large public bushland. Old dirt tracks roamed across the land and it was very common for me and my mates to find cars dumped that had obviously been stolen.

At that time, I was working at the Criminal Investigation Branch in Sydney and the Stolen Vehicles Index was located just down the hallway. I would take the engine/chassis number of the vehicles we had found into the office and sure enough, they had been nicked a short time before.

This happened so often that the OIC of the unit asked me one day if there was any chance I was the one nicking the cars. He was joking, but I understood what he was implying. I think we located about ten stolen cars within a few months. Most of them were still outstanding when I reported them.

Its a maroon VT, not that it would effect her if her car was the same colour, she wouldn't buy from someone dodgy. Likewise 90% of the people on this forum (and the other 10% are the dodgy sellers...)
