Maybe im wrong, but i thought it was illegal to sell dogs that are not chipped and vaccinated??

Not all dogs get tattooed when they are desexed or microchipped, only way to check for a chip is to have it scanned. Since you're in/near Port Adelaide the AWL is close by if you needed to to take it anywhere or give the PAE Council a call an let them know the situation
ive rang the RSPCA, and they said they would look into it, but it could take some time, ive also left the pup with the breeder, least he will find a better home for him now
