A old friend of mine had c*nt, s*lut etc in black spray paint up the sides and roof of her Calais not so long ago, she kind of deserved it though, the car didnt.

My car is violated every night, I leave it unlocked with nothing important in it just coz I am sick of the non reflective's forcing the window down and then having to fix it. But no, never stolen or damaged otherwise.

Yep. My HT Premier was pinched in 1978. I had just bought a Saginaw four speed and it was still in the boot.

I got it back about ten days later. Interior had been stripped out, wheels placed on the thiefs van, roof almost severed with an oxy.

Six weeks hard work, about $1500 out of my own pocket (not comprehensively insured at the time) to put it back on the road. And I got the Saginaw back too.

yep went out for dinner one night parked the car round back of shops, came out and it was goooone. Was absolutely pissing down that night police found it dumped and half stripped a couple days later in a suburb half an hr away, they didnt even attempt to hide it apparently rainy days are shocking for car theft. Cops said they most likely used it for transport and being opportunistic stripped out the shit that was easy to remove, dirty bastards!

sure have, had bough a vl a couple months prior and spent a couple grand on it makin it look nice n clean. got home from work, locked it up and went to my 3rd story apartment to take a shower n stuff to get ready to go out. As I was getting out of the shower I heard a car start and I thought it was a mate of mine leavin without comin up only to realise it was my car reversing out the driveway. ran down the stairs as fast as i could and chased them onto the road, caught up as they just dropped it into drive and they got away. Got a call from the cops bout a week later saying my car had been located and was involved in a high speed persuit then an accident and would be available for collection from a holding yard. I had to pay to get the thing towed home as well.. how fuct is that. Cops had the nerve to ask me if the syringes and sappy bags on the floor was mine.... I got a good vid somewhere from channel 7 news on the footage.

sad part about it was that it happened on christmas eve, left my wallet in the car to.....and was gonna get insurance the week after chrissy....

the front end of it was destroyed after gutter jumpin and goin through a large brick wall/fence.

    $4k out of my pocket.........

Aha tell me it wouldnt be a permanent deterrent to the thief if he woke up and your mate either
    1. got him in a choke position and told him how he will probably walk funny when he wakes up.
    2. put his d**k in the thiefs ear just as he starts the car.

What could be better, you get pulled over for doing a skid, the police offer a free adjustment, a couple of good whacks later, the reception is far clearer then ever before.

Ive nearly had the clubsport stolen, but they couldnt get it started....Every time i leave it parked where i cant see it,i disable it...

I now leave a disabled "Bait car" outside my house....has no inside doorhandles/locks/winders....so once the door closes, only way out is to smash a window...and it is parked in a direct line to my bedroom window, well within range of my crossbow....

God help anyone who trys taking another car from here lol.

my cousins HR sedan was stolen one night but recovered the next day minor damage, when the cops recovered the car they looked thru it and found one of the dumbsh#ts dole form in the glovebox , so round they went and picked up the DS he quickly gave up the others and they where charged and had to pay for the damage .

Yep,ive thought about that....but i own a police scanner, and listen to these same little pricks being chased by the cops nearly every night of the week.
The other night, they got 16 cars in one night....

And funnily enough, all of these little scumbags are all out on bail...for car stealing.1 of em is up on 37 counts of car stealing.....

So I lay the blame at the courts....Tas police do a great job trying to catch them, seeing as the courts have taken away the power for the police to actually pursue stolen cars or to travel over the speed limit...(no joke guys)...no pursuit cars here...only V6 autos.

But even when the catch em,they are bailed over and over...

I dont even reckon the cops would care about me putting a crossbow bolt through the knee of the little pricks...

So my legal defence is completly doomed, but **** it,im willing to take the fall with a slight hope that common sense will prevail...

thats gold, a mate of a mate had someone break into his shed when the car wasn't in there. so he stood out the side of the shed with a crossbow and started firing arrows through the wall!
the would-be thief ended up ringing the cops on his mobile to come and rescue him, old mate with the crossbow had some explaining to do when the cops showed up but didn't get in too much strife over it
