    I researched this a bit, it was in Lithuania, everyone lived, some are stuffed up, long term recovery in hospital etc but everyone lived. The drift racing championship was cancelled after this, they don't have it anymore

    It's sad the driver could be blamed. All motoring events I have attended state clearly on the tickets that motor sport is dangerous etc.

    If I was at an event and silly enough to stand in a spot where I could and indeed did get hit, then I would not ever seek compensation or blame the driver.

    People today need to start taking responsibility for their actions.
