Theyve swapped the "7" and "8" around. On my screen you can see it quite easily. The permitted speed is 70 km/h the detected speed was 82 and the alleged speed is 80.

excuse my ignorance - i don't know how to read the speeding ticket... was this fine recorded on a speed camera or would it have been an officer writing a speeding ticket manually? it can't possibly have been a speeding camera, people slow down for various reasons/dangers... which means this could only be possible if a police officer was following the person and they were doing 70 for absolutely no reason at all for a considerable amount of time. but i can't tell from the ticket.

edit: GE4CE - does burnley tunnel have variable speed limit? maybe thats why? but thats usually 80, 60, or 40 - making this edit pointless but I've written it now anyway
