finally a uniform tinting law across all the states .
http://www.ministers.sa.gov.au/image...%20tinting.pdf
I just had a quick glance at 1st and saw "(VLT)" and was like What VL Turbo, lol
so does that mean less tinting in the front or more? im a little confused
It means 35% all round which is a dark tint. Before only 75% was allowed on the driver and passenger window (which is almost nothing) but now you can put darker tint all round. My car has 35% all round, have a look if unsure how dark it is.
Oh sweet, cheers to the guy who posted this. I was looking at getting windows tinted soon.
HOW ISN''T THIS SA ONLY RELEVANT??????????why move it??

You had posted in the SA Cruise section. You are lucky your thread was moved and not deleted if you read: Cruise Section Threads
SA cruise section should be a sub-forum of General SA section - not the other way around. Would make things alot easier
Its not complicated in the slightest. The WHOLE section is the CRUISE section of the forum. Each section has cruise pics, cruise feedback, and the general section where cruise planning ideas can take place.
This is why we have the prefixes, a thread like this should go into Holden Commodore Related in the general section, with an SA prefix.

And other states also, let is not make it look like you are victims. If you started a conversation about the benefits of goat milk in the audio section, it would be moved as it is in the wrong section. How is having a post regarding tinting laws in a cruise section any different?
No worries Daz ,just wont bother posting stuff in there anymore unless its cruise related .I went cruising and the cop told me there are new tinting laws check it out.The main reason I posted it up in SA section was cause it''s a issue that has been a sore point for a few members ,so figured SA people would want to know the changes .

i agree if ya talking about milk yes move it but i only search SA section to see whats happening i don't care what happens in other states so if no-one posts in SA then there wouldn't be any posts oh hang on theres no posts now
we need a general chat section thats SA related and we can search SA bits only everyone i talk too wants it cant see why we cant ask for one and get one all states should have their own general bit just for general stuff
anyways my 2 bobs worth if we get it we get it if not the SA section will just sit and do nothing like it has been last 12 months
Most members on JC know that the cruise sections are for cruise related posts and that general chit chat can be done either in the general sections in a specific section, or in the pub. You can tag your post with the State if you wish to show it is related to a certain state.
When you log in, if you hit the New Posts link at the top of the screen you can see all posts and click on those that have [SA] in the title.
Ok, going on infraction records, the two people having a cry about mod's decisions here are the only two that should really be avoiding stirring up the mods.
If you have an issue with a something on the site, feel free to post here:
Site Feedback / Site Problems - Just Commodores
Other than that thread, JCCC is a 'Having a cry about mods decisions' free zone.
No one else seems to have an issue other than a select few.
Thank you for advising members on the new laws, thread over.
