    Default Dishwasher lol

    Hey Everyone.

Ok, Talking dishwashers. Now, where can i find a portable one? as i am renting i dont feel like tearing apart a kitchen to put one in. My folks use to have one, was on wheels and could connect straight up to the tap fittings. Does anyone have one and where could i get one? yes yes i could wash up by hand but the end of a long day who wants to do that? I have searched and searched and can only find them over seas.

    cheers

I find most dishwashers work fine till you refer to them as dishwashers at which time they tend to crack the shits and not work any more. My advise would be to shut up till your lease is up and then she will leave of her own accord.

Ask you landlord if they're willing to put a dishwasher in. If YOUR willing, offer to pay part of the cost to sweeten the deal (did this at my old house when i got the roller door automated, payed half for the cost)

My parents have one, I remember when they bought it, it was just a normal dishwasher and they bought a kit with it to convert it to a portable. The kit had castors to go on the bottom, and a box that bolted onto the back. The hoses came out of the box and there was a quick release fitting on the end of the hoses. There was another fitting you screwed onto the kitchen tap and left there so you could easily hook up the hoses.
    Four commodores and counting.

Well I finally got what i wanted, after some tinkering lol. Hope this helps anyone that too wants a dish washer but cant build them in.
First i had to find the Tap adapter, Found one on ebay the same as i remember when i was a kid lol. Was $90 delivered :-/ lol
Then bought a new dishwasher, 900$ marked down to $400, Bargain :-) Then got some washing machine hose, and some clamps, and joined it all together, then replaced the feet with some wheels. Its all good lol. 500$ CHEAP set up

    Here lol

Well done. You could start a part time business converting dishwashers to portable ones.
