hey for the people who live in Tassie,
we will be coming down on Sat for our first visit. we will be doing Cradle Mountain, the train ride from Straughan, the boat ride along the gordon river etc. then head to Hobart.
its low 40's in SA a lot of the time, (singlet and thongs are standard attire) what clothes do we need down there for this time of year to do the touristy stuff?
Omega (caprice rims)

Not from Tasmania any more but spent a fair bit of time living in Launceston, I'd recommend good walking shoes, jeans, t-shirt, shorts, t-shirt, take a jumper and a jacket as the weather can change fairly quickly. I'd also recommend a nice shirt, and a good pair of dress shoes (or boots) also,so you can take the missus for a lovely wine and dine down in Hobart (assuming you are taking the missus, otherwise you may find some skank at the Casino you fancy wining and dining) ;-)
