Now I'd definitely have one, if I could fork out for the conversion. Just not sure how you'd go getting it engineered in Australia though.

An excel with a v8 and rwd conversion is an entirely different kettle of fish, and only if anyone would be silly enough to waste money doing such a conversion on such a crap car.

Its identical to a focus having a V8 and RWD conversion.....the only difference is the model of car....lmao (which is still a crap model in my eyes, only decent ford is an F6)

I meant racing a v8 focus against a stock excel with cannon is entirely different to racing a v8 focus against a v8 excel. Given the choice I'd have focus over the excel anyday, v8 conversion or not.

Only problem is the stock Factory 5 cyl RS Focus would suck it's doors off, as padrick said even the budget Fiesta xr4/st is quicker than nearly any Commodore ever made
