as it was on the news last nite and again on the radio today, they bring a new law in july so that p plates cant have high performance cars... forced induction, v8s etc..

this is some serious bullshit, you can kill your self just as easy in a stock v6 as you can in high performance car.

if a p plater kills them self in a 4 or 6 its "just another death".. if thy kill them self in a high performance car its all over the damn news..

also a mate was telling me that another law is in affect this year, that is no limit on your window tint, becuase of people getting skin cancer. (not sure if this is true)

just buy a v8 lol
Save yourself some heartache and go to your local member of parliament. Seriously they get paid to deal with this sort of stuff, we don't. :blah blah:

Tint rules changed on Jan 1 this year, to align with eastern states. Its not 'unlimited'

The power to weight laws will also align us with eastern states, however I was under the impression it was already in action in SA?

So sick of "you can kill yourself just as easy in a v6" arguments.

+1

I actually agree with the power laws. Get some driving experience and road respect, then go all out.

Get over it and harden the **** up. It's about time rules started becoming standardised across Australia.

V8 6spd wif MOMO leavaa.
meh, were just going through what practically every other state has. just deal with it. you dont need a V8 or a turbo on p's. plus if you do ( if mummy and daddy only own a v8, and there is no other vehicle available to you, im pretty sure you can get a permit) but be prepared to get pulled over every 10 mins.
