did anyone see this tonight? seems to me that a guy is just out there causing trouble on the roads and ACA are coming to the rescue. they asked anyone to try and find this "crazy carlo" and get the police asap.

guy was drifting south of sydney in an S14, with what sounds like an RB series motor. idiot put his face right to the vid, and number plates. to be honest, he's stuffed.

He was pretty good on what looked like the Pacific Hwy, Im surprised that road doesnt have more drift publicity as its a real nice twisty road, but it was in the wet for most of it...

In the dry road one, its quite clear the road wasnt blocked off, and i would have thought if they had the ability to get roads blocked off for their drifting they would be able to get a hold of a real camera crew not a bloke holding a handycam.

go to any drift event and youll find lots of bumpers held together by cable ties, which look awesome. noone is perfect

The offences occurred in NSW, where a six month Statute of Limitations for traffic offences exists. In other words, if that driving occurred more than six months ago, no legal action can be taken in relation to it. That might explain why no police action has been taken and ACA is asking for public assistance. Don't know what they'll do when they get it if it's statute barred.

At least, that was my understanding whilst working for the cops. I'm reasonably certain it still applies.
