    Default Tsunami Warning

    Hey Guys. Just thought i would post up case anyone has boats out there on the water in NSW and QLD. Only marine Threat not land.

    Do not go to the coast to watch the tsunami. Check that your neighbours have
    received this advice.
    Do not go to the coast to watch the tsunami, as there is the possibility of
    dangerous, localised flooding of the immediate foreshore.

    I remember about 3 years ago a tsunami was supposed to hit Bundaberg. IIRC the schools were evacuated and the Bundaberg NAB branch (which is wayyyyy inland) shut up for the day because of the "tsunami".

    up in Cairns our last tsunami was 30cm lol

    i was working at mackay seaport at the time and non of us knew anything about it til the next day, best part is we where working out of boats under the shipping berths at the time
