How intense was that hailstorm? I was at highpoint when it happened and the whole place started to flood, water pouring from the lights, never seen it before.
What was it like in other area's for everyone else?
P.s. I didnt see this was posted in the pub so i made one, if its been made delete please![]()
no hail here
just rain, rain and more ****ing rain
we had golf balls raining down. i was out in my bike helmet pushing the car under a tree.
Missed us,just got heavy rain.Flooded my freshly seeded backyard.Trust me to wash two cars this morning.
Are we there yet?
I forsaw this and put blankets over my cars, and pushed em under tree's, glad I did, lots of older model cars have windows smashed in on my street. A maloo looks like it got a fair few dents on it, bitch weather.

I was detailing the car when a drop of rain the size of a hamburger hit the window. From then on it was constant for the next few hours. But i'm sure we got spared from the hail.

Man, that's some downpour.
We only got a bit of rain and a shitload of lightning, that's it.
I live in Ferntree Gully, "they" reckon we copped it the hardest. I drove straight into it, golf ball sized hailstone smashed my windscreen, but managed to pull undercover into a 7-11 before the ute panels copped any dints. Windcsreen is covered under my insurance anyway, might be a week or so before i can get it fixed though, i'd say most windscreen places have a VERY busy week ahead of them.
All up and down our street it looked like someone had run up and down with a baseball bat smashing up cars. It was the most violent hailstorm i have ever witnessed. It was scary when the big tennis ball sized ones started cracking down and hitting the road, it was bloody amazing!! Never seen anything like it.
