Some house abnd shed questions.

Im looking at building a home and am looking at Burbank homes and was wondering if anybody has had dealings with them.
My second question is about a large shed or garage.Im looking for about 9m x 6m in size but im wondering about the average cost to concrete the floor,power and put it up for me.I can handle small sheds but not one this big.

I'm in the process for building a 6x9 shed, put the slab down about 2 weeks ago cost me $2800, ($2k labour and $800 for concrete $125/cube), the actual shed I'll probably go with Southern Aurora. Full colour bond, 2 skylights, 2 windows, PA door and single 2.75m roller door. kit price came to $5700, plus delivery, plans, and erection of shed (that was about $1200). There are plenty of places around that just have to find the right one. I've had the trench dug, but haven't run any wiring or storm water as yet.

All the quotes I got were roughly the around that price.

Thanks mate,my budget will be 10g max so sounds like that will fit into the budget.The builder wants about 10 to upgrade to a triple garage but id rather have the big one instead.
I will have a look at that company too.
