    Thumbs up Your opinion

I have a car I'm fixing up (Commodore of course) and I'm thinking of placing a huge white decal sticker of my fav band's logo on the bonnet (which is black). What do you think?

Yes it does make a difference. I'm not giving my opinion on what your fav band is, I don't care. Its whether or not the bands logo in question will suit the car....

Oh I see, well that makes sense.. well lets say the band has an album with a pure black cover and the bands logo is on the diagonal top left corner of the cover..

It's your car, so the way I see it if you want to do it, then do it.

If I wanted to do something to my car and everyone said don't, that wouldn't stop me.

Why is it people need to seek permission from total strangers to modify their cars?

yeah, kids might yell names at me as im gettin out of the car, especialy if im wearing my favourite michael bolton t shirt n tight blue jeans n thongs. i'll pretend i cant hear them as i nervously strut in the opposite direction hoping they arent planning on keying the panels and knifing a tyre or 2. i'll be preying to god that i locked it but i dont wanna look uncool by walking back to check. if only i had listened to the guys on the just commodore forums on how to be naturally suave.

Does it matter what people on here think? It's your car do what you want with it. Why do you need approval from someone else. Just show us pics when you've done it (or not).

He used to have it cranked out of his car aswell as he drove up and down the main strip just about every weekend.

I'm spewing i never flagged him down just to have a chat with him.....he wasn't young either, he would have been in his 40's i spose, maybe a bit older.........

Seemed like a top bloke too......always wore a black shirt and a bandana on his head.

the car looked great. Do it right and it will look totally orsm!!!

If you decide to do it, we can help you out with the sticker

Why do you need the opinion of people on a forum that you will never meet anyway? Why do you need our approval?

Maybe that was his life.......from what i remember, he went thru some pretty hard times himself.....him doing that was something he loved.

    Good on him i reckon.

Don't ever judge someone unless you know the fuill story......you never know the full extent of someones life.

If you wanna do whatever to your car dude, go for it.

i had a Datto 200B when i was pregnant with my first, and i painted it all by hand. I had Huey Duey ad Luey, stars, moon, sun, Aussie animals, i painted horses on the side and wrote power beside them (horse power hahaha), i also drew a HUGE goose on the bonnet of her, like the trans ams have the Eagle....only coz the horn sounded like a goose with a sore throat hahaha.

Do whatever you want to be you dude : )
