I am in the planing stage on the first episode of a new type of motoring show called NZ On Cars. This show is as much about people as it is about cars.

I will be producing the first episode of the show in the next month or two. The plan for the show is to present the first episode to the networks and go from there. In the meantime it will be published on the internet.

Future episodes will depend on the success with the networks and it's on-line popularity.

For this episode there is a game show segment that will put three Holden fans up against three Ford Fans. There will be a quiz section where the two teams will be asked a number of questions and buzz in to answer them. Afterwards there will be a physical challenge that will see two members of the team pull one of the team members cars a set distance. The third member of the team will be sitting in the car.

The winning team will receive a trophy. Note: this will be a cheap and nasty trophy as the total budget for the show is currently $0 but you will be a part of what could very well be the best local motoring show ever!

Filming will take part on an old part of the Ardmore aerodrome in south Auckland. No burnouts or crazy Top Gear like driving will be permitted on location.
