help uploading pics?

ok i just tried to make a thread to show my new car but i cant seem to upload pics. anyone know what im doing wrong?

ok well i tried clicking the little paperclip then clicking add files but it dont find any files. also tried the old copy and paste but wouldn let me do that either.
