Oh sure these plans work, assuming a few things. You can get a block of land and house CHEAP, and you can find some retard who is willing to pay top dollar in rent. Now if there was basically zero risk, don't you think that company would be doing it, instead of telling the public.

    Bugger that.

The first warning bells started when I saw it was based on the Gold Coast. Don't know about you, but every time I see a scam on tv, its in QLD.

Secondly, isn't that the Ron Bakir that was involved in the Corby case? What happened to his mobile phone company? Put into liquidation? Something dodgy there.

Thirdly, own your home for $39 a week with $0 deposit? Who are they trying to kid?

If the $39 is all you have to put in on top of the rent you collect to make the minimum repayments, you would still be paying it off in 30 years as it would be an interest only repayment.

    Stuff that.

I'd rather do what I am doing now - buy one house at a time and pay them off one at a time, ploughing everything I get into them to get rid of each mortgage in 6-7 years.
