ok so my weekends at night, generally consist of finding haunted places to visit with my friends, this is what i have so far.

The Gap, Picton Tunnel, Magic Kingdom Amusement Park, House in Telfer Road Castle Hill, Mortuary Station Annandale, The Street With No Name Annandale, Castle Hill High School, Cemetery In Picton.

I NEED MORE PLACES, where else can i go thats in sydney?? other than monte christo house junee.

i have been to picton, been to the mushroom tunnel (redbank range tunnel)

Went on a ghost tour, thought it was bullshit, after the tour (about midnight), me, the mrs, and her brother went back to the tunnell alone, and let me tell u...some scary shit.

even walked through it all the way tot he end, done it twice now, first time was horrific, 2nd was just nervy...

RECOMMENDED to goto picton and explore yourself, sorry 'henryted' for highjacking!!!

The old farmhouse in Bella Vista (up on the hill). Couple of years ago, me and a few mates thought it would be a bit of fun to go and have a look around. Security spotted us and gave chase, so we bailed. Went back the next night, scaled a few fences and climbed the stairs of the house. Pushed open the door, and no joke there was someone inside! Have never ran so fast in complete fear as I did that night hahaha, but yeah, scared the shit out of us, probably some junky or something lol.

EDIT: also relaise that most of these places you will get done for trespassing if you are caught

haha no problem, that picton is worth it honestly, ITS A MUST! we went there a few weeks ago and were just standing at that gate just before the entrance n i was just FREAKING OUT then we saw a torch coming near us n thought it was cops but ended up being another group of people haha. theres a cemetery about 5 mins from there which was in the telegraph a few months back after a woman took a photo and after they were developed noticed the ghost of a young boy and girl who were killed several years apart.

with the quarantine station can you just walk in? or do you need to be on the tours?
i live in castle hill and work in bella vista so ive noticed the farm to and from work and have always thought about going in. maybe i will!

A long long time ago, in a galaxy far...... just kidding but it was the late eighties and some mates and me used to go to this large vacant house in ashfield for some supernatural fun. Now I'm a bit of a sceptic but this place was just freaky - my best mate witnessed another friend being (seemingly) picked up by nothing and slammed into the road outside the house as they were getting away and three of them couldn't pull him off the road until whatever it was let him go... no sh*t. I can't remember the name of the street but it was in an area of Ashfield that had a lot of large older style homes on big blocks. This one had a three metre brick wall around it with an even bigger double iron gate at the front. It had a couple graves in the front yard and if my memory serves me correct one of them still had a shovel still in it. Now as we are talking more than twnety years ago I would speculate that the home has since been gutted and renovated and sold for a fortune (it would be heritage listed) but can't say for sure if it's still a vacant house - google it I reckon you'll find something. Back then it was just word of mouth.

cheers man, ill do some research haha SOUNDS INTENSE!!! theres aapparently some old drag strip from the 1960's where a young girl was killed by dragging cars n if you drive there you eventually lose control of your car and have an accident as what people have experienced.. but the address is undisclosed

Have you every tried a ouija board? Around that same time a goup of about six of us tried a ouija board one night. Now being young hooligans it wasn't that hard to see that most of us were sceptics and didn't take it serioulsy but a friend of ours was a bit of a medium and she conducted the séance and it blew us all away. When that glass started moving around spelling out words you could see by the look on each individuals face that no one in particular was moving the glass. Freaky sh*t. Never did it since.

Couldn't tell you, too long ago.... but I'm sure you will find one on-line. Be careful though, try and find an experienced person to do it with. Even though I am a sceptic with this sort of stuff some odd this can happen and needs to be treated with respect.

^^^^yeah my mate has got an original one of them that he found at his grand parents house..Me and all my mate got together for acouple of drinks and it was about 2am, my mate got the game out and we all sat around and played it...freeked the shit out of me. I allways thought it was bullshit but that night i changed my mind, after that night we never played it again..still get the hairs on the back of my neck to stand up just talking about it

picton tunnel is heaps scary. kept thinking i was seeing lights that werent there when i was walking through without torches on. and kept thinking i was hearing footsteps. less people you go with, the better. the more freaky stuff. just dont make too much noise, and park in the sidestreet nearby, not on the main road its on, because you are trespassing

update: i went to picton again last night and visited st marks cemetery where the saw the ghost of a boy and a girl, after staring for 10 minutes then going for a walk down the cemetery looking at gravestones, came back and started staring again. THERE WAS AN OLD GUY IN A BLACK CLOAK! his back was towards us and then he turned around, the little girl was under his arm and there was a little boy hiding behind a grave stone towards the back.
we didnt want to disturb and then 2 car loads of people came and it vanished. ALSO you might want to check the picton viaduct, drove past it last night to have a look but leave it for another night, apparently if you go to the creek youll hear voices and screaming of people who drowned there

The abandoned hospital in laparouse been there and its pretty freaky. Went there with my mates. Look on the net and you will find some information about it.
There is a place in Wollongong area I forgot the place. But at 2 in the morn a girl comes out with no head near a bus stop. The story is that she was waiting for the bus and I think a bikey raped and chopped her head off.
