I felt kinda sorry for this guy, he was trying to teach his son to stand up for himself. Just goes to show violence is not the answer. Good to see he learnt a lesson out of it, could of been a lot worse, good thing
the kid didn't have a knife.
Dad smashed with skateboard in school fight
I'm surprised the guy actually managed to chase the kid for a bit. He's lucky he didn't get knocked out. Wtf is wrong with some parents these days? Amazing how many stories you see of parents encouraging (and some even participating) their kids to fight. Kids (and some adults) need to be taught to use their heads instead of their fists and learn to walk away. Words are just that- a word and words don't hurt. Life is too short to worry about some moron calling you ............ and beating the crap out of someone never leads to anything good.
All well and good to know how to protect you're self, my theory is never through the first punch. If the other party isn't able to be talked down then you're better off to be prepared to throw a few.
I'll never turn my back, so many low life scum bags that will punch people in the back of the head or worse these days.
Looks to me like he deserved it. Told his son to fight, then ran in making it an unfair fight.
Great parenting.....

the father shoudve told him dont touch him uless you have to, and taken him to self defense training such as kickboxing, fighting is alst resort, i dont swing first unless 100% he will first, such as hes walking to me threateningly with freinds arund him aying oh your ****ed now or the such, if not, ignore most, most of them are all mouth anyways
Everyone there, that was in the fight or not, was in the wrong, end of discussion
So sick of these "SHOCK VIDEO"s, it happens every day. One just leaks out every so often and the media have a field day. Although the father is a bit of a hypocrite, encouraging his son to do it then running in lol. Although the kid with the board has balls, he coulda got smashed.
lol go dad, you sure show'd him how to be a tough nut, ya got flog'd ya self by a 10year old .. hahahaaaaaaaaaa ya wanker
sounds like he deserved it. what a ****ing cowardly and UN-Australian thing to do he and his son should be ashamed of themselves
yeh he should have let it go on for a bit if he was trying to show his son the school of hard knocks , running in like that straight away doesnt exactly teach the lesson i think he was trying to teach.
dad took a skateboard to the head pretty well atleast haha.
It doesn't say anywhere in there that he was there to get his kid to fight and if he was why would he run in straight away, he was possibly there to back his kid up so his son had confidence to stand up to the bullies it all went to shit when one of the spectators said "go on throw one" .
I don't see where all of you got the idea that he was there to get his son to fight and if so why do it in front of 40 spectators when they all would have camera phones. But then again I may have read it wrong if so my bad.
