    Default vy-vz ss ute or vu maloo

    hi everyone i'm haqving a bit of a dilemma i'm in the market for a newer ute with about 25k to spend and i can't decide i can get a really tidy vy ss ute or a vz with a few more k's or for around the same money i can get a pretty nice vu maloo. So yeah wats you guys and girls opinions?

    I go a real tidy VY SS if it were me mate. The VU would be tempting being a HSV and all, but if it were me Id prefer the more modern looking interior of the VY. Plus for 25K you can get a really smick looking VY and even have a few $$$ left over for some mods if u wanted.

    i would go the maloo for collectable factor. but im not you. do some number cruching. i have two cars i really want. vz senator, and a vz maloo :P

    i wouldn't say a maloo is a collectors item,
    can you afford the insurance cost of a maloo over an ss (will be a reasonable difference)
    Chev badges are an instant fail

    I'd probably go for the Maloo if its in good nick, purely because I like the way the VX HSVs look, and because..well...its a HSV.

    i never said it was a collectors item, i said collectable factor. its not going to lose as much value as a vy ss. a HSV is a HSV.
