Glen Waverley Holden is an established car sales dealership with a fantastic reputation as a trusted location for buying new and used vehicles. We have a vacancy for a New Car Consultant to join our busy and dynamic HSV Specialist Team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Handle new vehicle customers in accordance with Dealership policy.
· Greet each customer promptly and courteously upon arrival.
· Deliver all sold vehicles personally, conducting the delivery in accordance with Volkswagen and Dealership guidelines.
· Work with the Mechanical Service Department to provide customers with the best possible treatment before, during and after the sale.
· Maintain average gross profit according to Dealership policy.
· Prospect for customers using mailers, the telephone, personal contacts, referrals etc...
· Develop and maintain a record of all enquires (telephone, walk-in etc.) on a daily basis.

Experience and Qualifications:

· Automotive sales experience, preferably within Holden
· Excellent customer sales and service skills
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Adequate administration skills.
· Current driver’s licence.
