I recently bought a steering wheel cover from ebay...
when i got it... looked more like a scrunchy, and they wouldnt give me a refund. so i told paypal its not genuine and looks nothing like the picture...
now they want someone to write a letter saying so....
can anyone help me?

Holden don't make genuine steering wheel covers.

take it to a holden dealer and ask them if its agenuine part, if it isnt ask if they can put it in writing on a dealership letterhead and say you will buy a steering wheel from them.

Your solution is to take a photo of the item which would have to be obviously different from the item listing on ebay and submit it as a "item not as described" complaint.

I'm almost 100% certain that Holden do not sell any type of steering wheel cover. You have to buy a steering wheel, just minus the airbag part. I'll make sure of this at work tomorrow. Can you PM me all details of the part (colour, exacly what vehicle it's meant to be from, year, model, etc) or better still, an eBay link and I can hopefully help you out.

Is it white and says HSV on it?

If so, it's a pre-delivery cover. Comes on some HSV's from factory then gets removed during the pre-delivery.
