Hm, I don't think it's photoshopped.

1 and 4. Those windows have a tint to keep sun rays out, just like the blue stripe on most cars windscreens.
2 and 5. Looks pretty normal to me, the distance they are away from the water and the sun shining off the oil would make it brighter then the water around it.

1 The control tower is visible;
2 Part of a boat is missing and the sea is blurred;
3 Shoulder badly cropped;
4 Bottle resting on the roof;
5 Window tint around pilot's glasses doesn't line up;
6 Window shows tarmac instead of the sea;
7 The control panel shows the brake is on;
8 The pilot still has his pre-flight checklist in his hand

They probably went to a lot of effort to get a photo that had none of that crap in it, then little effort to put it all back in
