Hey all,
I'm a studying photographer and was doing some work for the Fastrack Racing hotlap guys yesterday, when low and behold during a break, Alan Grice's 'Chickadee' Bathurst winner made an appearance. I'm not sure who was driving, but I was told they were cleaning out the cobwebs before the car made a trip to Bathurst for a historic/show race (possibly for this years 1000?) before being cleaned and put into the hall of fame, where it will deservedly stay.
I managed to get a few pics and vids, so I'll put them here.

Nice work mate, i'm no photographer but they look like decent photo's!
Rare car to see in action! Still looks mint!
Thanks mate, I haven't edited the shots properly yet, just gave them the quick and nasty once over to put on the web.
Definitely agreed, I saw the car come rolling out from the pit area while opening my sandwich and I was speechless, It looked great, and the engine sound absolutely crapped on what the LS1's in the monaro/ss ride cars were producing, sounded sooo sweet.
It was already at the Bathurst musuem and IIRC the Bailey family still own the car, in fact I think the guy in the driving suit is Graeme's son Derek
If ignorance is bliss why aren't there more happy people around ?
