Car Vandals .... wtf do i do ?

well you see i have a problem,

theres a native group in town that seem to enjoy throwing shit at my car-

eggs, rocks, powerade, coke, some fluidly substance i could work out wtf it was .... i know who they are but the problem is

A- i've informed the cops this is happening but #### all has come of it and
B- if i belt them, i get the entire " i'll get my relo's after you " .... you know the last word.

i've thought about doing it back, but the kia couldn't possibly get another dint on it ....

what should i do ?!

heres the problem, its not when im at home it happens ( i live in the middle of bumb #### ) its when im playing basketball, playing touch or at work .... hard to hide a car there ...

Hassle the cops - get them to press for criminal charges and criminal damage.

If the cops aren't doing anything about it and it's blatantly obvious about who it is - start pushing to see results.

Don't sell the car, don't stop going to your activities. Maybe try to find a new place to park it.

Or another common solve - maybe try not to piss so many people off.

heres the problem, these are the sorta low life scums that drive around in a kia loaded with them and are jealous of anyone with something better .... i did nothing to them to start this

are they following around your car ?

Is it just happening to your car, or are others in your area also having the problem.
there's probably not much you can do if it's happening to your car when it's unattended, apart from leaving the car locked up at home & taking public transport
otherwise you could just buy a $200 POS to drive to work. That way if it gets trashed - you won't lose any sleep

didn't mean to cause any offence - but these sorts of things 99% of the time are aggravated.

Best bet is to hassle the cops to see some results. At the end of the day, if you know exactly who it is, and the cops aren't doing anything, and your property is still getting damaged. You probably have a good case to be calling them every 5 minutes. After all, it's their job to 'Enforce the law' and it's quite obvious that these 'Kia low lifes' are breaking the law.

id drain the diff oil out of their car. unless a flashin light comes up on peoples dashs they'll continue drivin until the noise goes away or when another passengers in the car so they can ask 'do you hear that?' by then the diff will be stuff and theres a few hundred dollars worth of smiles on your face

well here is the thing .... i've been tempted to mechanically #### there car ... and i've had some horrible ideas that are so nasty, there awsome =)

but im worried that if i start doing things to them, they'll get worse on my car .... OR they'll go to the cops and something will be done and i'll be the bad guy

you get brake fluid and throw it all on different panels of their car, shit eats straight though the paint work, only way to fix it is to have the whole car re-painted. hee hee hee.

The problem is the fact that you have spoken (ie:identified) yourself to the cops and the moment breathe on their car - as unfair as it is - the Kia halfwits will be down to the copshop dobbing

you in.

If you were thinking about getting away with dealing out some retribution then you should have thought about that before doing the "right" thing because you are joining the dots for them.

It's a sad fact in life that you work hard to get something nice and some jealous lowlife wants what you have without getting off his a$$.

As said before - buy a clunker and leave your good car at home, for a few hunge you can sleep well

Play it absolutely straight and legal - they probably have less to lose than you in this regard.

Do not react (visibly) in any way as this is why people do these things: to get a reaction. Patiently continue to promptly wash off all and anything that ends up on the car (hopefully nothing that will damage the paint will be used).

Pictorial evidence of the scumbags in action might be useful in engaging law enforcement if you can arrange to obtain it. The little CCTV cameras are pretty cheap - <$200 - and will run of 12 or 5V although I guess that setting one up may be difficult. Maybe in another car in a car park?
