I recommend all you get on to it.... seriously guys, no one else is gonna give a shit about your health. You have to take charge, and prostate cancer is the worst f**kin way to die.

Actually I take that back.... my missus is always hankering for me to get into Movember, and in the office I used to work it was the chicks who were organising the Movember events. Coz guys don't/won't take care of their own health.
