    Default Justice System a Joke!

Nightclub reveller avoids jail over hammer attack on bouncer

    Just read this article.

Suspensed sentence for smashing someone in the eye with a hammer? WTF?

So not even for starting a fight with a bouncer, but for ringing a 3rd party to bring weapons and then attacking someone at their job with that weapon.

Seriously, it pays to be a thug these days.

    That's fairly pathetic.

Should get 25yrs for any sort of attack with a weapon.

    Jeez what a c**.

Yeah it's usually the law and the media coming down on bouncers using too much force... and this is why, they're job is to keep to rest of us safe from ########s with hammers, broken glass and god knows what.

This is why I don't go out any more

Well he wasn't speeding so clearly he is not the devil unlike the other hoons out there !

Pretty much a joke and the judge should be ashamed of herself.
If you go to the effort to go home, get a hammer and return to a club with the intention of causing harm and at no point stop to think that its wrong then quite frankly he deserves to be put into jail for a few years to develop those basic skills. And if he happens to get sodomised along the way... well thats just too danm bad!

    ‘‘I’ve learnt the hard way’’
I'd rather be in your shoes than the poor bouncer that got fractures, and stitches.
What a POS. Coming back with a hammer because your too weak to sort it out with your fists.
"Help me daddy, the bouncer threw me out" what a faggot. Hope he screws up his bail terms and gets his full sentence.

Yeah I dont know what you have to do to get a jail sentence in this country anymore.

The offender showed malicious intent and planning to carry out the attack, if he had to wait for his father to arrive with weapons, he had the time to cooldown and think it through, yet he still did it.

‘‘The message must be clear - this cannot and will not be tolerated,’’ she said in her sentencing remarks.

Yeah because a suspended sentence is really showing people this cannot be tolerated.

I say its time to revolt.

I'm starting to think vigilante justice might be a better option. And its not like we will go to jail for it or anything.

i work in the courts over here in wa, i dont know what the other states are like, but over here its an absolute joke and has always been this way. More and more people are getting released for really serious crimes. Its frustrating to see.

The reaction of the law is not punish the offender, but punish the rest of us by making everything illegal. Eg. slug guns, fireworks, green laser pointers, just to name a few... all outlawed thanks to a few little snots or dumbarses.

Expect hammers to be banned next... if you wanna drive a nail in you'll have to buy this DVD.

I'm starting to think vigilante justice might be a better option. And its not like we will go to jail for it or anything.
Mate the easiest way to end up in the clink, just take the law into your own hands.... for some reason the System hates that.

Yeah, that is true Onca. The justice system hates being told its wrong. They come down on vigilante justice because its an act of undermining their authority.

Yeah this law system is total BS. I know a few cops and they all say the same thing, kick, punch, spit on, or generally assault a cop and you'll be let off, disobey a magistrates order though and all hell will converge on your ass.

Basically do what you want except disobey the judges because their shit don't stink (allegedly).

Defraud the Government and BANG, you are inside. Just google Centrelink fraud and see the list of people who, yes have broken the law, but were jailed for it. That is only one type of white collar crime. There are lots more.

Yet smack seven shades of shit out of someone with a hammer and you get to go home.

Its funny how the media make it sound like attacker is the victim. 'How his family wept and were hugging him'
Do the bouncers get any sympathy?

Typical shit! If it was a bouncer that did the same to a patron he would go away for years.

Worked in Pubs and clubs for a number of years and walked away due to this sort of crap. Too many wankers getting served too many drinks leaving the Security to eject them in a "reasonable" manner. The problem is RSA and stupid barmaids / barmen not knowing when enough is enough.

I say all Security staff should go on a national strike. Would love to see the barmen/barmaids and owners etc deal with the shit that they create.

Security = Most underpaid bullshit thankless job ever!
Working in this Industry shows us how many wankers are out every night of the week.

I genuinely feel sorry for everyone who has made the decision to work in security.

    #### the media. #### the justice system. They are both pathetic.
