yep, my poor VZ was parked 50 meters to the left of that second video while I was at work and unable to do anything. She's in desperate need for a steam clean now because the carpets are damp the whole way through. The 2nd video is literally the next block over from my place. Our roof collapsed a bit and almost took out the new plasma TV. The backyard is still flooded, the pools gone from sparkly clear to overflowing and brown, the roads are covered in tree leaves and branches! Yep, its been fun!
Haha Thats crazy ass shit man , what is happening with this crazy weather lol . Sorta same thing happened in melbourne last week
2 Years ago my VX got hit by cricket sized hail, and almost got done again today, have to watch the radar like mad.
Yeah i haven't seen the drains still flowing this time of year in 15 odd years i reckon.
I'm wearing a jumper and trackies in the middle of December in central Victoria. WTF?
The river has broken its banks also, never seen that happen here EVER. And my grandparents cant remember it being this wet in December either. My Grandfather has lived here for 73years.
93 floods weren't in December though :P
And its about 4ft deep up along side the causeway again now too.
I herro, missa grobarw warming man.....
We didn't listen!!!
*rable rable rable rable!*
We got hit pretty bad by the storm yesterday. Looks like a cyclone hit lol still trying to assess damage before we put in an insurance claim, our patio is farked, roller shutters amd shed dented to shithouse, gutters farked. Looked like it was raining golf and tennis balls yesterday. Stupid goddamn global warming!
We got a decent storm (decent enough for us to lose power - VERY annoying when you're a computer tech doing an on-site job and you have a list of tasks for the afternoon as long as your arm) here in Longreach this afternoon...been nothing but blue sky all week, so I assumed all the fun and games was over.
