Police are looking at confiscating a vehicle permanently. Whist I do not agree with what the doc did, I condemn this action from our government which even hints towards taking a persons personal property. Its almost theft.

I was with my brother one day, and we were following his wife (who was heavily pregnant at the time, very obvious too) because we had just picked up her car. She was up the front of the light when this crazy ####er swings into the turning lane and diagonally puts his car in front of hers so she couldn't go anywhere, then he jumps out and started screaming at this lone young pregnant girl, while the ####er has 3 kids under 5 in his back seat. My brother who is far from weak cuts his car off, grabs the shopping trolley pole from next to his seat, and tells this ####head he has about 5 seconds to piss off if he wishes to live. The kicker here is that he was AUSTRALIAN, so what I'm saying is stop bagging this doctor dude because of his origins because there are idiots everywhere.

I have been known to cut in front of people before. Usually followed by an immediate gentle brake, a switch off of the car, and a roadside fistfight.

See - Driving a car is a very high risk task. And getting worse.

Alot of drivers seem to think they have the "RIGHT" to increase the risk of hurt to others. essentially they are threatening to hurt others with their ignorance or uncaring attitude.

Now I have a bit of a temper, but when it comes to my own risk - as in risks to myself - im a litte blase (pronounce blahzay but i don't know the ASCII code for the e acute to type it correctly). But =- Risks to my family or Girlfriend when they are in my car, give me an absolute rage-on. I will not tolerate others risking their life and wellbeing, and i will not hesitate to say so. The more you let people get away with that sort of thing, the more they will do it.

If the police had clamped down on idiotic driving 20 years ago, it wouldn't be such a problem. If the licensing standards reflected what is necessary to drive safely, rather than just being a steering wheel attendant, it wouldn't be such a problem.

I feel, that if this nong loses his car for rageing on this other idiot driver, this idiot woman driver should forfeit hers as well.

I see where you going with this. I think this whole story is a bit strange, since its the media that is fueling this whole Australian and "everyone else" mindset, I would expect them to write about any priors this doctor may have. But then again the medias other pastime is bagging out legal system. So I don't know. The only thing I know for certain is that we don't have the whole truthful story.
