There is no road that joins Kingsclere Ave that's both an 80km/hr zone and NOT a T-junction. That judge is on drugs!The judge ruled the avenue where Bergman was caught speeding was in fact an 80kph zone.
He said an 80kph speed limit sign posted on a joining road still applied because that road did not end at a T-junction.

As much as it would make you feel good to win this case, spending $3000 on a few hundred dollar fine probably doesn't make it justifiable.

hahaha this was on today tonight, and the following story was *drum roll* about a mum and son caught "street racing" out the front of a childcare centre in geelong! (i think).
mum reckoned she hadn't had a speeding ticket in 10+yrs, model citizen on the road apparently. but the cops say they were doing 100+ in a 60 zone.. dunno who to believe there
