Im sure your neighbors have some nice rose bushes. Go on a late night "adventure". Just go to the shops and buy some like...celophane and put the flowers in them, make them look pretty. Picnic you could probably get away with for like... 20 bucks. Then just drive somewhere nice, some scenic lookout area or some rubbish.

Late arvo/sunset drive somewhere nice, get something to eat/drink, just spend some time together alone and talk about when you first met and memorable moments together and stuff, maybe while watching a sunset or something, I dunno lol. Just give her all as long as she wants with you, make her feel special (money's not needed for that), and remind her how much she means.
