Love the beast will appeal to car enthusiast, but yes, more of a docco then an actual movie. Duel was good (old movie). Blues Brothers (there was a car) or American Grafitti.

born to run.. think fast and furious but with real cars, the hero drives a late 60's mustang with the gas hooked up for the final race.. it dosen't end well.

in the red. aussie car movie, mostly jap crap but the momo superute has a cameo appearance (the red/yellow blown vs.. wears KRRAZY plates now) its sitting there idling, these japcrap drivers are sticking there fingers in their ears and the mechanic is leaning on the injector hat with a big cheesy grin! then it does a skid.

Oh shiz, almost forgot, not really a car movie, but the car chase scene in the Bourne Identity. Who knew mini's could be cool. And Ronin, car chase scene in that. Not really car movies I know, but fun car scenes in them. I noticed nobody is touching F&F lol

In 1982 a film was released called Freedom, about a young unemployed guy who lives out his fantasy of driving a Porsche by stealing one. It was filmed in SA.

Wasn't too bad for it's time.

dirty mary crazy larry (66 impala in it), vanishing point (beautiful challenger and random nudie bits), OG fast and furious(best police chase, ever), two lane black top (just plain weird, but good to watch)
