Let me just throw this out there.... Who cares? They don't know how to play basket ball any more! It used to be that you had to bounce the ball (or dribble the ball) as you were moving. Not in America. Just another stupid American game with overpaid wanker players.
Who are you talking to? Who's Chris?
Doublepost
And many people not on this forum too. So what? I don't care.
Because he had an opinion to share. You don't agree with his opinion so you attempt to bait him saying:
If you don't like a member and/or their opinion you can choose to ignore them or just skim over their post instead of turning every thread that CSP posts in into a witch hunt.
LOL csp you make me laugh!!! keep it up![]()
i am the god of britany spears womanizer on just dance on the wii
There is if the comment is trolling for an arguement though :P
Going back to the original topic:
Jazz made a stupid move trading Williams for Harris. Weather or not it was Deron's fault Sloan quit, he was without doubt their best player, and the Jazz players have formed their game around his playing style. Whilst Devon harris is a good player, he will not be able to fill Deron's shoes.
Clippers made an even worse move by trading Baron Davis for Mo Williams. Apart from Mo being a sook, Baron's passing ability was part of the reason Blake Griffin has such a high number of dunks this season. Im not saying Mo williams isnt a good passer, but he is nowhere near good enough to keep feeding Blake the way Baron did. Mo saying he considered retiring when LeBron left just shows he wants someone else to win games for him, and has no real interest in being a hi input player on a winning team.
In my opinion, the celtics have taken a small loss in their deal with OKC. Whilst jeff green is a young player and has had a good start to his career, Perkins is the one player they had that could man up on dominate big men (e.g. Dwight Howard) and consistantly keep his opponent to low numbers. The celtics also lost Nate, who is a good backup for Rondo, and has the ability to but up big numbers if given sufficent minutes. As for Erdin and Daniels, it will hardly effect their rotation, especially if they can get Shaq and jermaine o'neal back on the court.
I cant wait to see gerald wallace and brandon roy play together, they should put up good numbers together.
Nobody can say they are suprised to see Melo in New York. I just wish they didnt have to lose Wilson Chandler to get him. Melo, billups and Amare are and awesome combo, but such a highly paid combo will probably put an end to rumors Chris Paul was headed to new york at the end of the season.
And last of all, i would be insulted if i was Shane Battier, being traded for low grade trade bust isnt reflective of his defensive talent..
Have to agree, I can see the Jazz start to fade from their usual 50 game seasons now that Sloan and Dwill are gone. I just hope that Dwill had nothing to do with Sloan leaving
I agree with this too, Mo is not an upgrade over Davis, I think this is more a move from Stirling to kick Davis out.
This is a really silly move, the celtics are built to win now, as you say Perk could gard Dwight all by himself which dosn't leave the shooters open against Orlando. They should have kept him, finished off Pierce, Allen and KG contracts and then added players around Perk, not trade him. The only thing about this is the Celts were finding it hard to resign him (and in fact they gave him a max offer in the current agreement which wasn't enough for him)
Thing is who knows how long Roy will last? I see mathews taking his role and roy becoming a 6th man ala Alan Houston, It all depends on his knees. Wallace really blossomed under larry brown and I really do hope he keeps that going. Note for the blazers though, he is NOT a power forward
I hated this trade, mainly because I am a chandler fan. I guess the trade suits Dantoni though because no one will force him to play D. I think it will be Dwill or Chris Paul in NY at the end of next year. It does though leave them without a true center because Stoudmire aint one.
I was quite suprised at this one, he has helped them against teams like the lakers as a kobe stopper (as good as anyone can anyways), They also traded away brooks which is kinda a shame considering they year he had last year.
