vicroads demerit points

hey i was just wondering... when you call vicroads to check your demerit points and it says you have zero points against your name.. does it mean i havent got any demerit points? or does it mean i havent used and points yet...?

pls dont redirect me to vicroads webpage as i just want a simple answer
