just wondering ive been apart of the Forum now for close to a year now was wondering if donating would let me post in the selling section ? or i could just post useless posts to get the post count..

And posts in the pub don't count. And posts just to get your post count up are against the rules.
Bottom line: you haven't contributed enough to the JC community in order to be able to sell stuff in it.
