    We need capital punishment...............................

Mind boggling how something like this could happen/ occur in this country. There is no excuse for something like this.

Simple solution, people not allowed to breed unless they are deemed fit to car for a child. You need a licence to breed dogs to ensure they properly looked after, why do we not have a similar licence for human breeding? It would certainly solve the overpopulation problem and potentially cure "stupid".

I read this article the other day, somewhat unrelated to this topic specifically but the segway is people who are unfit to have a child or look after another human being:

Clearly it is a dsyfucntional family one way or another. I have regular contact with my family therefore I personally as a parent would not be able to leave one of my children bedridden in such state as there would be some inteference from my family.

I think what may come to light is these parents have mental health issues possibly and clearly no close family or friends who may have enquired after their daughter. Either that or they hid her away and told everyone she had moved out.

I do wonder if this could be another shocking example of mental health patients being left to fend for themselves due to lack of funding.

But hey, we did buy our Prisoners nice new flat screen TV's!!

That is sickening. I agree that some people should not be breeding.
