Its a swan. Who cares. I see road kill every day and I doubt that every animal on the side of the road was killed by accident, we dont get fired up about that. What should and will happen to these guys if found guilty is community service a fine and they will recieve help.

i dunno about giving the parents a huge fine, for all we know the parents could be honest decent hard working battlers who sadly happen to have a no-good scumbag kid. admit it we've all known at least one family that fits that description.

Seriously... Accidents are accidents and cannot be helped.

But when an individual goes out of their way to hurt, torture and kill another animal/Human being... well that's not even in the same league.

Also it is a proven FACT in psychological journals and teaching’s... that children who do these sorts of vile things to animals have a tendency to commit more and more horrific acts of cruelty to animals until they become blasé to it all and often move onto larger animal(E.G. Human beings.)
