    Default where can i find it?

    tryin to find a paint program on the net that i can dl for free iv got the stupid paint ( provided buy windows XP perfessional ) but its crap and very limited as to what i can do with a pic in it any one have any idea where i can find such a program that will let me play with a picture with it on the net?

    The gimp you suggested will not download comes up with a voucher passing error.Any idea how to fix.
